Having grip issues? Your not alone. Most arm wrestlers are lacking hand and wrist strength in comparison to their arm and lats when starting out. Most powerlifters are limited on their deadlift due to grip strength and can pull more with straps. If this sounds like you then this is for you! This is a 4 day a week, progressive grip training focused template. The template is designed to be performed with common gym equipment including metal plates with a smooth side, and  dumbbells or barbell with adequate weights. Optional items would include Fat Grips or a small towel.  You need to keep track of the weight your using and be sure to progress or match the weights of each week.  The template is focused on pinching strength to increase fingers and thumbs, and also wrist strength to improve cupping.
